3. Be cautious of customers who hurry you to view an alert and release a product or service in a hurry.
4. Be aware of the Bank's SMS handle and verify the consistency of transaction alerts received with previous ones, paying attention to the total amount, name of the bank, etc.
5. Do not hand over your mobile phone to a customer with an alleged network issue. This is a tactic used by scammers to obtain information about your account balance, mobile number, and SMS format.
